- Clean work space (free of visual and auditory distractions)

Course Guidelines

- Work through each lesson in order. You may re-watch each section as may times as you want before moving on

- Taking notes is encouraged

- Practice RV session templates are provided for download

- Make sure you complete each practice session before revealing the target

- Please keep targets confidential – lets keep targets spoiler free for new students
